I have two questions (I did a search and found it helpful, but need some verification).
I just replaced the oil injection pump and hoses (and bled the system).
How long should it take before I see oil coming out of the #1 (longest delivery) hose once the engine is started??
The throttle link is disconnected and the pump is in "full throttle" position. I'm using a premix to run the engine in the meanwhile. Yamaha Service manual says I should see oil come from the #1 hose in "one minutes". I let it run for several minutes and saw nothing, then I disconnected a hose at the pump, and it just trickles out and seems like it's gonna take no less than 5 minutes. I'm thinking 8-10 minutes. Do the check-valves require much pressure to get the oil to flow through?

My next question regards the routing of the hoses. The pump no-doubt is pumping oil equally to all manifold ports. I can find two instances in the service manual where the hose routing diagram is different for the 150. How important is it that hoses go to certain manifold ports?

Thank for the help.
