I bought this 95 bayliner 1750 this past summer... It didn't come with the owner guide. Would any one be able to tell me what the switches do on the instrument panel do in order from left to right? I know a couple of them but not sure on the others. The stickers that were there wore off.

Well, I can't really help you narrow the switches down but this might help.
You have a limited number of switches - maybe six ? They are going to be for bilge blower, manual / auto bilge pump, running lights / anchor light, courtesy lighting and possibly live well. Maybe even a wash down pump - I don't know. Just turn the one's on you aren't sure of and start walking around the boat. Look for lights, listen for noises. It will come together.
Since that model wasn't equipped with an ejection seat you should feel comfortable placing your better half up there to help you. !!!
If so equipped make sure your battery switch is on.
No need to fire up the motor.
