95 Four Winns Insurance Value???

I have a 1995 Four Winns 170 Freedom (4.6L engine) on a Four Winns trailer. I am trying to get it insured and the insurance company wants it broken down on value of the trailer, motor and boat. The NADA value is around $6,500 for both boat and trailer. My question is what values do I put on the trailer, boat and motor if they were to need replaced out of the $6,500?<br /><br />Thank for any help

If it's an I/O, the Motor is a part of,+ Included in the Value of the Boat.............<br /><br />Trailers are about $2000.00

As Bondo said trailor is about 2000. New. But yours is several years old. Id say 1000.00

Get your hands on a Kelly Blue Book for boats. It will list the boat and its standard engine package at the time with one value.<br /><br />It will list the trailer by manufacturer and year built as another value.<br /><br />There is also a page which lists motor upgrades and the additional value for each upgrade.<br /><br />This is the book adjusters use to settle boat losses, because it also has a hint in the codes regarding salvage value for a damaged boat of the same age. Your insurance agent should know how to get this book or your bank may have one. They cost about $50 to purchase.
