95 johnson 9.9 no spark

I believe that my 9.9 is only running on one cylinder and intermitently cuts in and out.<br /><br />Symptoms: starts fine, idles, no power under load.<br /><br />I took off one plug wire (top) and it ran.<br />I took off second (lower) plug wire and it did not start.<br /><br />Can anyone give me advice?

To clearifiy when i took off the lower plug wire I did put the top one back on. So I think the lower cylinder is not getting spark.

change your powerpack. Should correct this.
