95 stratos 201 Pro Xl 200hp Johnson Venom(prop problem)

I have a 14.5 X 26p taker prop that is worn out. I have trouble getting it to plain out and it doesn't getting to 5000 rpm I've been told to go with a lower pitch or just get my fixed anybody have any suggestions?

Is this a new problem with it? Or is this a new boat to you and have always had it?

I have had boat for a yr does good with just me but with my partner it struggles.
