96 150 2.5 EFI beeping

just put motor on a pontoon and ran it for about 20 min yesterday, it ran fine and smooth. I get back to the dock and after idling in the no wake zone for baout 5 min the beeper started beeping... It was going, beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep... and wont stop. so I shut it down and check the oil, oil is fine and pumping so I feel the water and its only slightly warm and the motor did not feel hot at all. I idle on over to the boat slip still beeping and cut it off.
I went back today and started it and it started right up and then after about 2 seconds it started beep beep beep beep beep beep beep.....
it seemed like it was running rich? Might have just been because it wasnt warmed up? I reved the engine up and let it go back to idle and it killled itself but would start right back up and idle.

I took the oil cap off the resivoir on the top of the motor while the engine was running and it was pumping good. I also moved the oil float all the way to the top of the cap and it was still beeping...??
I was told that a constant beep beep beep beep beep means there is a oil injection problem?????
Any suggestions?

Check if the water sensor light is on on your water seperating fuel filter.

Did you fill oil tank on engine and bleed it??

ill check the light on the filter i didnt know it had one thanks..

And I didnt bleed the system, I pulled the engine straight off one boat and put it on the other.
