I have touched on this in another thread but now I am able to shift into forward and reverse with no issues with the earmuffs on but when I take it to the landing and the prop is under load I can't get it to shift into reverse gear, just grinds like crazy.

Could this be my issue? I am trying to remember when the shifting became an issue..
If so, what top mount shifter should I be using?
