96 DT 200 outboard runs weak, then takes off and runs fine. FI? Electrical?

So it started last week, the motor would eithre run strong (for what it is) or weak. Now it's all weak. But I can sometimes run it for an hour then it kicks in as if it wasn't running on all cylinders then poof it is. Last night I pulled each plug wire off of it at 2000 rpm, every plug made a difference so I think it is gettting fire on all holes. Perhaps it may be a weak spark on one? Or perhaps the FI needs to be cleaned?

Any ideas on what I can look for or check out? This is an intermediary problem as it some times works fine.

you might need to check the oil inj or it could even be the carbs, i think for such problems you will need to check a lot of things

i have the sam engine because of oil inj i have a broken piston connect road and crank shaft seal that sucks ive oppend up the whole engine and im trying to replace all the broken parts and i cant even find any site online that would ship parts

My dt150 did almost the same thing and it was the CDI box. At times it would only run on 3 cylinders. It ran great but had no power. Do all the plugs look the same?

Im planning on pulling the boat today and I will check the plugs. I was thinking the stator may be going out... Not sure, it currently runs, but feels weak. Tempted to not screw with it till Fall.
