96? Force l/u drain//vent washers

Believe I have a '96 Force 40hp. Have read where a range of these models are pretty much the same. Need to check l/u oil but need new washers first (if they use them). What is the part # and does IBOATS have them. Thanks. Or do they use O-Rings?/

Mercury dealers sell them for about a buck. Part number is 12-19183
