Hey so like the topic says mine is running on 4 cyls. Ive had it looked at by a boat mechanic and they have gone through the ignition side of things saying that is ok. They told me number 1 and 4 werent getting fuel. So i pulled the injectors out and had them tested, in which they were cleaned and tested ok. So i put the engine back together and it is still running on 4 cylinders. Should i be looking at reed valves or possible ECU issue now? I have full manual and i am a mechanic so will be able to do work myself.

If they have said "all" electrics are ok then ya might look at tha ecu or mostly tha injector harnesses. Both external (pins on male and female coming out of tha ecu) and internal (in tha plenum goin' ta tha injectors). Tha ecu fires injectors in pairs. One driver circuit fires 2 injectors. ie: 1,2-3,4-5,6. But with anything 'lectronic ya just never know for sure till everything is tested........jmo
