can someone please help me? im a first time buyer and saw a listing for a used boat its a 93' and the owner is selling thru a dealer. when i called to ask about the advertised low low hours(no meter) i was told that thet blew the engine last year and replaced with a "brand new out of the box 96 motor" right away i said you mean 06, the dealer said no its a out of the box leftover. can this be? are there left new leftovers 10 years old? can anyone tell me if they ever heard of this or are boat salesmen the same as some car slaes men.
