96 Volvo 5.0 problem

I have a 1996 Four Winns that when I bought the boat it had been torn down to the block (didn't winterize) and I have been putting it back together. I however am having a problem with the brackets and mount locations for the pumps(sea water and ps) and the alt. The shop manual gives the area but not a exact location. If you could help point me in the right direction that would be great.
