Yet another saga of trying to figure out my force 120. It started out when water wouldn't come out the tell-tale at idle. It would start coming out just fine, but then after about 10 seconds it just stops. Maybe a few drops on occasion. I changed the impeller, but it still does it. The old impeller was in great shape so I don't think that is the problem. When I throttle up the water comes out again. It is not at WOT just a little higher than idle. I have let it run about 30 seconds without water coming out the tell-tale before shutting it off (no alarms assuming I have one). I figure the impeller is fine since I have water going to it from the muffs, and it works for a little while. When I shut it off and restart, water flows again for about 10-15 seconds. I haven't changed the thermostat yet, but I don't think that should matter. (no marina or boat shop around so I have to have everything shipped, and the one I got came with no gasket.) Has anyonoe ran into this? Does the water start and stop on your 97 120?
