97 50 HP JOHNSON SLOW SPEED NEEDLE
Hi guys,<br />After a carb rebuild i was trying to adjust the slow speed needle and my manual says to turn the screw 2 1/2 turns, how do you do this? do you screw it first and then loose it 2 1/2 turns? or you just screw it 2 1/2 turns..also when at idle do the carbs butterflies are supossed to be closed? or you need to adjust them until you get your desired rpms?
