my '97 j50tleuc has elec. start, vro, & p.t.&t. wish my p.t.&t. worked. somebody vandalized my motor. everthin fixed but p.t.&t. they cut & yanked the 2 ground wires(1 green & 1 black) on same ring connecter on the port side of my powerhead about 2" from ring connecter. I butt-connected & shrinkwrapped 2 wires on & am waiting for someone to walk out & look at their motor and tell me where they should be connected thereby saving me $32.50 from an on-line mechanic or trailering 8 mi. down the road to o.m.c. mechanic & having him charge me ? for doing it himself.. This is the only thing keeping me off the water. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP !
