I have a 1997 Ocean Runner 225 that just started giving me a 10 second alarm and check engine light. The manual says it's a fuel restriction. The fuel filter, Raycor, and primer bulb were replaced 20 hours ago. The light often goes out at high rpms. I've noticed no change in performance whatsoever. Any thoughts?

Check the main strainer, and any of the filters. Have you checked the antisiphon valve?

I took the primer bulb off today and was able to easily blow air back through the Raycor and into the tank. I re-attached the bulb and primed the line. I could see gas flowing though the filter and up into the fuel pump. I'm thinking I have a faulty vacuum sensor that's setting off the light/alarm and not resetting even after disconnecting the batteries.
