When I lower the motor and the bracket of the motor meets the top of the two tilt pistons, there is a loud squealing noise as the motor is lowered all of the way down. After looking closer, it appears that where these pistons contact the pads mounted on the motor bracket, the tops of the pistons slide or grind into place as the motor is being lowered. As you might be able to see in the picture, I've greased the top of the rams but it doesn't seem to help a lot. I was thinking I might try to replace those two small pads located on the engine bracket but I don't see that they're a listed part for sale.

Any suggestions?

Those are 2 square stainless steel pads with grooves in them for contact with your ram tips....there's a small bolt that holds each pad in place for removal, cleaning, lubrication....but I doubt that replacing them will solve your problem...sounds like you may have some air in your hydraulic cylinder which can cause some racket...may want to bleed and re-fill your hydraulic tilt system...
