Hell guys Im new here and I just bought my first boat and like most of everything i seem to buy this one needs a floor go figure. Today i started the demo of the rotted floor and now im in a pickle, the stringers that run from bow to stern are they fiberglassed in to the boat or what and how do i get the consoles out or do they even come out ?

Welcome aboard.

Are the consoles part of the cap portion of the boat?

Most complete stringer restorations need to have the cap separated from the hull.

Review some of the fiberglass projects in this section and you will get a better understanding.

Im really not sure if they are life I sated this is my first boat so I took a leap of faith and I would really love to do this I have most of thr floor out not just not under the consoles I could tell somebody has done the floors in the boat before as Im pretty sure maxum doesnt buy supplies from lowes, however I did find out what the problem with my inboard fuel tank was I cant say I would hold fuel either with 7 nails in me
