Blue smoke is constantly pouring out the exhaust and oil/fuel spatters from the exhaust to the water. The engine is hardly used. I'm wondering if this is something I should be concerned about and if I need to take it into the shop or if it can be remedied easily. Thank You.

Hi Darcy
Sounds like the float in the carb is stuck or gunk in the float valve. Remove carb and clean it. Also check the fuel oil ratio, someone my have erred mixing fuel.

Thanks. The ratio maybe in err. I hardly added any oil to the gas last year and I didn't have any exhaust problems but this year I just started trying to add the oil and now I have exhaust problems.

Hi Darcy
If your running old fuel. Get rid of it. Mix up a fresh tank with the correct fuel\oil ratio. The correct ratio is 50 ;1. It's not worth the risk to use bad gas.
