99 Javelin Renegade 20 Worth? Price?

I'm looking at buying a 1999 Javelin Renagade 20 with a 225 Evinrude. The lower unit was rebuild recently, and the powerhead was worked on a couple years back. The electronics are out of date so I'm not putting much worth in them. The trolling motor is a Minnkota with 74lbs thrust. I live in the Southern California area and was wondering how much this boat is worth. The Nada Guide seems way too low!

Well I've taken it to an evinrude dealer and the motor is in great shape. Since I can't take it to a javelin dealer, who would be a good judge of what I should offer?
