got myself a 9.9 johnson and am looking for the model serial numbers.. the tag is long gone.. the welch plug shows 10r78m and e4842065. Is that the model and serial??

10=9.9, R=rewind start, (L would mean longshaft if it was there, but it's not, so it's a shortshaft), 78=1978, M is a subgroup designation
