99 Merc 225 trim pump oil leak

Hello all.I have a major oil leak coming from my power trim and can't pin point where its coming from.Oil is dripping off the bottom of the port side cylinder.Before I tear it apart has anyone had this problem and is it a big job to replace seals and o-rings.Is there a common place they leak from?
Do I need special tools?
