99 Suzuki DT 140 2 stroke fuel issue (VID)

I believe my fuel pump has gone bad by not slowing down the excess fuel. Im not sure if this is it. At the throtle body it is spitting out excess fuel and it does it if i just pump the bulb. any ideas here is a short video of what it is doing

is it fuel injected? if not you have a float sticking

Well problem solved when I took the low pressure fuel pump apart there was a small hole on the rigid diaphragm and it went down the fuel line and got lodged in the needle on the vapor seperator tank causing it to over fill and shoot fuel out of the vapor let off hose and out the throttle body
