!992 3 cyl 60 HP Flywheel retainer torque

The abbreviated manual I am working with does not seem to ID torque & installation
1) use threadlocker or ? 2) torque required ?

Finishing a rebore oversize caused by overheating (common problem with these i am told) I had a n additional water bleed drilled & tapped to avoid air bubble problem New water pump parts B$ restarting

Appreciate some help Thx

Assemble with tapers clean and dry.-----------No thread locker required.--------Torque to 100 FT-LBS

The actual spec out of the book is 100-105 FT-LBS. !!!!
