45 years later and she's still around. Just like me...well 46 actually for me.

They don't make 'em like they used too :)

I hope you have less wear - LOL I'm working on some little things and hope (if there is such a thing) to hit the water by the end of the month. And I have week of vacation squeezed in there, planned before I found her. So timetables are maybe useless.

Thanks,RR. I've been fixing a lot of little things. It has cable pulley steering, R/R the cable (cheap temporary fix), re-wired from bow to stern, fixed motor/control harnesses, added a bilge pump, re-wired the trailer, fixed the winch post/bow stop. I still have to rebuild water pump and fuel pump (parts came just as the rains came - working outside). Along with parts, I ordered a manual (Clymers) and got a Seloc - Not happy, waiting on the exchange. I know the gurus say to only use factory service manuals but I've been using Clymers for many decades (before the WWW) and have never had a problem.

Like most of us, optimist is my middle name. But almost! Also waiting for a DNR ranger to show up to verify my numbers. It should get wet soon.
