A 1999 Mako 191 a good boat for Baja ?

We have been looking for a boat for some time to keep down in San Jose del Cabo. We have found this really clean looking Mako 191 1999 with a 135 hp Mercury. We dont go out in bad weather, but just wanted to find out if anyone had any experience with this boat down there, or any thoughts and recommendations
