A bass boat; only two seats, but one on deck? Practicality of riding?

So, never owned a bass boat. Looking to buy one. A bit confused on these though. So the one I'm looking at is 17 feet, but only has two 'seats' inside the hull near the steering wheel. The other two are fishing seats on the deck on a post. Can you ride on these seats on the deck on the poll while moving or can only two people sit on this particular type of bass boat (Bass Tracker)?

well the fishing seats are NOT made for riding....... look at the tracker marine web site and you will see how they squeeze a 3d seat in Maybe you could modify yours? My old Fisher aluminum bass boat had a removable seat in between the other two and that spot doubled as a petestal.
