first off new to the site, so hi.
picked up a 17' fabuglas the other day for and am starting to fix her up. interior is out, floors and stringer work is next. i've got a few good cracks at the tight corner where the hull meets the transom, one up towards the waterline and another right below the bilge plug. they definitely go thru, no just gel cracks. figured while i'm in doing the stringer and floor work, i can gain access to them from the inside. any suggestions for the repair? figured going in and cleaning up the area maybe a foot in all directions from the cracks, then reglassing from the interior and then cleaning a few inches from the outside, reglassing and reapllying the gel coat. would this be sufficient structurally?
thanks in advance, here's a few quick ics before i picked it up and definitely be back as i dive further in.
