First- Thank you everyone. There is a higher power present and miracles happen. <br /><br />I actually saw Keith today. He was discharged to his house. Has a hospital bed and ton's of support. The fracures will have to heal on their own. He has quite a shiner but his spirits are fantastic. He is able to walk and move (slowly).<br /><br />In a few weeks he will be re-evalutaed for the fractures. .... 3 pieces of his spine are split, a slight fracture on one shoulder blade, facial fractures around both eyes (from soft plastic goggles - go figure)and a fracture of the skull above his right eye.<br /><br />Yes, I beleive!<br />Thanks again... Its good to here he is home and resting with his family <br /><br />Was he wearing a fullface ? or 3/4<br /><br /><br />tommays

He was wearing a full face motocross helmet and full goggles. We figure the impact of the helmet is what fractured his c-5 on his spine.

Great News Bob,<br />Good to hear your buddy is going to be ok.<br />Had some news on Tuesday from work...The guy I work side by side with, was killed on his motorcycle...Only knew him 10 yrs, but I could always count on Colin to make the job go as planned. 35 yrs old with 2 small girls. Not sure if this is appropriate for this thread, but I'm glad someones going to be ok<br /><br />Kerry
