A few reason to pass deals

Let me say thhis from what I learned this summer.
Never Ever Never Everrrrr buy a boat you plan to use in Texas that the seller does not have a good title to. Meaning they bought the boat and never got a title in their name. I saw a good article about how there are a lot of boats in Texas that are being sold by personal owners with bad titles.

I purchased a boat this summer and was so ready to have a boat i closedd my eyes to the title issure .

6 weeks and a lot of phone calls and a lot more gray hair I finally have goood title from the owner or record. I was lucky I could have easily been out of 1,2000.00 and a boat.
No good title just say No No No

If you look close online you will see a lot of boats for sale with the seller saying no title....

If you don't mind getting specific how did you eventually get a title for it, as im just about to start the same process, although i got the boat given and could lose it very easily if i think it will be too much work.
