a little help and welcoming myself to the yamaha family

I have never had a yamaha before and I acquired one very reasonably tonight. I beleive it to be a 1989 precision blend the motor is very clean and looks to be in good shape i gave $280 didnt really check much but figured i could part it out and get my money back. The model number is 115etlf. The following questions It is missing the cowling what years and horsepower will fit I can change decals and paint if needed. It is missing the power tilt and trim assembly what years and horsepower will fit. I need the controls what years and harness do i need?
