Two irriesponsible comments
A. Michigan lost to Ohio State
B. That is what USC said before Fresno State Beat them in the Freedom Bowl.
Last year the only team that came close to defeating USC was guess who, Fresno State, who lost to Guess who, Boise State.
tex if USC beats Michigan is your answer still the same?
Regardless of who is named, unless Ohio State beats Florida and OU beats Boise, there will be an unbeaten uncrowned Champion. Something the BCS is supposed to prevent.
Oh well. Que sera sera.

Great Scot! (apologies Stand) Controversy is the subject. You didn't jump on the statement about Fresno State - USC.
I know, I know Texas beat USC, but as they say you don't beat a great team, they beat themselves. A Champion is crowned by winning and in order to win they must be in the game for which the crown is played As in undefeated Auburn. Personally I don't care who is crowned as long as it isn't USC. And I only want to see Notre Dame win one game a year and that is when they play USC.

Well, tis better to be pizzed off than to be pizzed on, like UCLA besting USC. The only thing they hate more than to be beat by UCLA is to be beat by UCB. Anyway USC has an opportunity to redeem themselves by beating Michigan. And Pacific Coast teams usually play well when matched with the big ten oops big eleven.
It can still be a good thread, with proper elocution.

You are all about to see the Big 10 show itself as THE most powerful conference.

I despise USC and personally think they are the most overrated team mentioned in this thread........besides Notre Dame.

BTW there should be 3 Big Ten teams in the BCS..........stupid rules.

Oh do name names and tell me what is their series record against Fresno State. There is much greater parity amoung major colleges these days but it is beginning to turn into just a larger circus. Intra conference competition always defies playoff structure.
Congratulations on your assesment of USC and Notre Dame. BTW Where will Wisconsin be on New Years Day? Good Job Badgers. :yeah:
