Ever watched that show, The worlds dumbest criminals? They have drug dealers call the police to report a breakin and their drugs have been stolen.

There used to be a couple of radio DJs in Texas who did a bit called "criminals is stupid." The bit, of course, used all sorts of news stories, like the crook who robbed his own bank and wrote the robbery note on one of his deposit slips ... which had his account number on it.
