I'm flabbergasted by the PC regarding gender of inanimate objects. I say, treat her right LOL.<br />A bit of related trivia question; Which Vessel was refered to as "HE" by it's captain and crew,by the Captain's speach.<br /><br />Hint: it's bigger than a bread box....Waaaay bigger.

Yes, all the PC nonsense drives me nuts, but not as much as the Animal rights people. People who hunt and fish are wrong in their eyes, but they don't seem to have any trouble with people turning a forest into a subdivision. How about the money us outdoorsmen (men) put into the DNR by buying licenses. This is not to mention that Deer in Indiana have no natural predators since there are too many people (Animal rights people too. The only predators they have are Chevys, Dodges, Fords, well maybe Fords Either kill half the human population (not me though) so the predators will come back, or wait for the deer to over populate, starve, or become diseased and die.<br /><br />Okay, I feel better now..... <br /><br />Jeff

Why a boat is female ( sorry for my bad translation )<br /><br />1. They look beautifull and irresistable, but once you got them, trouble starts the next day.<br /><br />2. They are always much more expencive to own than calculated.<br /><br />3. They require much more of your time than you thought.<br /><br />4. Every year when they get older they need more time, money and paint before you go out with them.<br /><br />5. You wil get in more storm and bad weather with them than you thought of.<br /><br />6. In bad weather they wount do what you want.<br /><br />7. Once you had one, you cant live without them.<br /><br />I read this in our coatingclub magazine a couple of years ago. Have a nice time everybody.

You think thats bad.....I have two years and ten times the money that i paid for it in this boat and never taken it for a ride. Just finished putting it together three days ago and it sounds like to vibration damper is broken. That means pulling the outdrive and the motor. It is going to be a long spring. My wife tells me that my two hobbies are going to kill me. I tell her they are to relieve stress. Did I tell you my other hobbie is the stock market.
