When running on muffs i've noticed that the water flow out the 2 ports by the gimble is greater on the right then left.Also water doesn't come out the prop it leaks between the prop and lower housing is this normal?

If your boat is not running hot don't worry about it.(the left & right thing) I don't know what to tell you about the prop I have a 1981 Mercruiser 120 & the water comes out the prop & the two ports.

That's absolutly NORMAL.
Those 2 holes are idle relief holes for the exhaust. There would be too much back pressure on the exhaust at idle, if it had to go out thru the prop. There are 2 holes because the V8 engines use the same transom shield.
