Not really selling the boat just irritated. Ok well I had a thread yesterday about my 86 125 having carb issues. Well turn out it wasn't the carbs but the new CD module.( i hooked it up wrong) So now the motor is running good and I decided what the heck lets take it back down and see what she has. Well I never made it to the lake. About half way the right side tire on my trailer decided it had had enough and blew out. So now the freshly buffed and polished paint has rubber marks all over it and I'm missing a trailer light. Had to call my dad to come bring me a lug wrench and then drive me the rest of the way to get a tire. First place said it was going to be over an hour wait so I went to another. They said they said they could get me done in about 5 minutes. After about 5 minutes they had the tire on and ready to go but wait, It's the wrong tire. So they had to take it off find the right one. Guess what we don't seem to have the tire we said we had. So after about 45 minutes they ended up putting the first tire back on. It's a different size so when I got home I ran down and got another tire of the same size put on the other side. I bought a new rim and had the old tire that was still good but on as a spare. I have never had a tire blow on anything before and I think I'm now ready should it ever happen again.
Sorry about the rant but this boat is driving me nut. And to top it off the guy I just sold my other boat to that ran really good called to let me know how much of a good time they out on the lake today.
