About how much does a 1973 XVA Invader weigh??? Towing with minivan

Hello, all. I'm buying a 1973 18-foot Invader Bowrider and am towing it with a 2003 Chrysler Town & Country van with class III Hitch. The boat has NO motor, and I'll be adding only a 9.9 - 20 hp outboard, probably, so I don't think that will be a problem. According to the specs, it should tow up to 3800 lbs. I just need to be sure my van can tow it with no problem.

Any ideas about at least the approximate weight? After searching online, I know the company went out of business years ago, so no manual seems to be available.

Have it weighed. Are you sure it is a 1973? The XVA designation was not used until 1974 and the Invader boat company was not in business until later.

Thanks much. Not 100% sure but I think it actually was a '74. I AM sure about the XVA on the hull though. Will get it weighed but need to go pick it up first using van, hence the inquiry here.

The last two numbers of the HIN are the year manufactured.
