Just like a Gov't fleet, proves beyond a doubt, you don't gotta know nuttin' to get promoted. Just hang 'round longer than rust on a liberty ship hull and ya'll eventually make Admiral!

Heycods! Ya wouldn't be the first skipper I PO'd over the years. Hell, I've even PO'd an Admiral in a public forum, he was so red-faced his BP jumped 50 points and they had to assist him off the podium! Maybe if you guys let me hang 'round for hmmm? 'nuther 100 years I'll make Admiral someday too! it's a pipedream I know!
