Can anyone give me some information regarding replacing acorn nut on my 3.5 viking motor? Existing nut is missing. Any link to where I can purchase one would be great.
Also, what material is the sheer pin made of? I have a prop for the motor but the inside seat area where the sheer pin rests is broken - I am planning on drilling a hole through the prop and putting in a long sheer pin - or even a split pin of some sort.
