Hi Folks

Im looking at buying a rib and it comes with a 1999 Mercury 40HP 4 stroke.
Model No: 0G864742

The engine is currently on a manual lift/tilt and is also a pull start only.

I was wondering how difficult and how expensive it would be (if even possible) to convert it to a power tilt/trim? And if so where to buy the bits from?
Ive had a look on the internet and found various electric motors but will I need an full kit or is there a small motor that exists that can be incorporated in to the existing manual tilt system to make it powered?

Also does any one know if I can convert the engine into and electric start?
Again I have found electric starter motor for a 99 Mercury 40 in the internet. But could one of these be retro fitted to a pull start model.

Thanks
