Add steering at rear of boat.

I have a 19’ Sangster craft and often fish alone. Which creates steering problems when I’m at the back, down rigging, planerboarding ect. So I’d like some type of steering control at the back of the boat. Would also be nice sitting out from under the canopy in a rear seat on nice day. Am I pretty much resigned to this or are better options out there?

Should have mentioned have a 125hp merc for main and 9.9hp Honda kicker. Without an easy steer. At present I lock the kicker and steer with the big motor up front.
