Add tilt and trim to motor

I have a Yamaha F25ESHD motor and think I have decided to add a tilt and trim kit to it. What all does this entail and what parts are needed?

Do I just lift the motor off with a hoist and add the kit to to the brackets? My remote start has the tilt and trim wiring but is currently not attached since I do not have t & t.
