I went to use MS paint on Mrs WO's laptop and could not locate it in the 'Accessories' section of Programs under the Start menu bar.

A subsequent google showed that the program was probably still there and to try "MSPAINT" in the 'run" box.

Indeed it was there and opened right up.

I created an icon on the desk top but would like to add it back in the 'accessories' listing under Programs.

How can I do this?

Hey wizeone, it's super easy.

Click Start->Programs then right click accessories and choose "open". This will open the accessories folder.

Then drag your shortcut from the desktop into the accessories folder. voila!

Cheers!

You can also right-click on your desktop shortcut, and then while HOLDING the right button down and drag it to the START icon in the lower left corner.

Hold it there a sec, and the menu will open- drag it over Programs, then Accessories, and then wait for the menu to pop up. Move, copy, create shortcut.

You can either move or copy it there, just don't create a shortcut to your shortcut. Then release the right mouse button over move or copy.

Either way works well.
