Re: Adding an axle

It turns out that the dealer I visited that has both axle's with brakes type trailers, shorelander, also is an ezloader dealer. I sent them an email.

Re: Adding an axle

Personally I never buy anything new but someone has too LOL
I just recently trashed my old non working surge brakes and installed new dexter brakes on both axles of my 12,000 30 boat trailer.

Used bunk style pontoon trailers are few and far between around here. I assure you, I would love to find a nice, newer, used trailer for 1/2 the cost of new, but I'm not holding my breath.

buying a used trailer is what brought this thread to life.:)

Re: Adding an axle

You are in Minnesota. There is a pontoon trailer manufacturer in northern MN that builds pontoon trailers to order. Last toon I bought I got a quote from them with brakes and it was very competetive. Sorry I don't remember the name but you can Google "Minnesota Pontoon Trailer Manufacturers" and find them.
