ok, i tested my warning alarm since i have just gotten my 98 force 120 rebuilt. it is lame, ill never be able to hear it underway. i just bought a small light that i can just screw into my dash. do i just take the two wires and tap into the two wires from the warning buzzer?

i figured this would be safer and eliminate having to spend 2,000.00 again.

i also added a water pressure gauge to help also.

thanks

Sure, you can install it just as the alarm is installed. The best addition tho, is the water pressure gauge you installed. It may let you know before damage has been done. The alarm and light will only tell you that a meltdown has occured.

When you connect the light, graft in a push button switck one leg to sensor wire, one side to ground, when youpush button, horn and light will self test.
