adding tilt/trim

I'm considering adding tilt/trim to my '69 evinrude 115 hp. Do I need to search for a unit from '69, or is there a range of years that fit? As much as I'd to keep original, is there a generic unit?

Agreed.... getting something stock would be costly.

finding original, that works would be a needle in a haystack. there weren't many on them, as they were an option. we had the same motor back then. was great, but had to replace power pack every 2-3 years.
