I looked for them before I posted but couldn't find it. It looks like this:

but with just 2 lights in each case not 3. Here is the number for PIAA corporate. You might try giving them a call on Monday, hopefully they can hook you up. (800) 525-7422

Those lights have been discontinued.

I know you asked about lights, but have you considered a couple of these whistles

Have them on my pickup and they seem to work, they also work for moose.

Those lights have been discontinued.

I was afraid of that. It's too bad, they were great lights.
