My decal on the side of my boat has recently come off during power wash. What type of adhesive should i use to reapply the decal?

Re: adhesive

I believe This decal is some sort of plastic adhesive which is on the port side of the boat and displays the boat's name.

Re: adhesive

well I guess it may be some kind of plastic film so i think you want to use something that has a thin consistancy and won't disolve the plastic.. some glues have some strong solvents in them that can melt plastic.. I might be inclined to try just a little epoxy resin..

3M makes a plastic decal adhesive.Works very well and can be put on super thin.It dries clear. Check your local auto parts store...Most of those decals are vinyl graphics that have the adhesive imbedded onto the back..

The tube is black with yellow letters. Works great!
