Adjusting carb screw

i have only one carb on this year motor. Is the adj screw only for idle? Is the high speed non adj jet?

On Chrysler engines with Tillotson carbs, the idle screw is for idle mixture-not rpm. Rpm is adjusted by a screw on the tower shaft. This may be similar to your force setup.
