Adjusted by instructions in repair manual, when it goes in forward good, it grinds and sometimes won't go in reverse or vise versa. I've adjusted idle speed, I have went back and forth so many times with the shift linkage trying to find the perfect spot I feel like im damaging the gears in the lower unit.
